1. The service

Signalist provides research, analysis and educational content about internet business opportunities, including AI-generated analyses and reports ("the Service"). The Service is provided by Signalist ("we", "us").

2. Not professional advice

Opportunity scores, analyses, playbooks and reports are informational and educational content — not financial, legal, tax or investment advice. Markets change quickly and AI-generated content can contain errors. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on the Service, including any money you invest in building products or businesses.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service, attempt to scrape it at scale, resell content without permission, or interfere with other users.

4. Subscriptions & refunds

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the billing period. Pro subscriptions come with a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. Lifetime purchases are one-time payments with the same 14-day guarantee.

5. Acceptable use

• No automated scraping or bulk redistribution of Service content.
• No reselling of analyses or reports as your own product without written permission.
• No attempts to circumvent plan limits or access controls.

6. Intellectual property

We retain rights to the Service, its content and branding. Analyses and playbooks generated for you may be used freely in building your own business, including commercially.

7. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or business outcomes resulting from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
