Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account data — name, email, and a hashed password (we never store plain-text passwords).
• Usage data — which opportunities you save or vote on, and the ideas you submit for analysis (needed to generate and store your analyses).
• Billing data — handled by Stripe; we store only your customer/subscription identifiers, never card numbers.

How we use it

To operate the product: generating your analyses, saving your library, enforcing plan limits, and sending service emails (receipts, important account notices). We do not sell personal data. Ideas you submit for analysis are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) solely to generate your report.

Cookies

We use one essential session cookie to keep you logged in. No third-party advertising cookies.

Data retention & deletion

Your data is retained while your account exists. Delete your account in Settings at any time — this permanently removes your profile, saves, votes, analyses and playbooks.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g. GDPR, CCPA) you may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data. Email hello@signalist.app and we'll handle it within 30 days.
